Dear Diery

It's time to get back in touch with Sirriya Din, whose Halfway Home hospice for the dying has yet to have any customers since it opened last year. The house is located on Schwartz St. a short distance from Church of the Good Shepherd. Yesterday, I met Good Shepherd pastor, Rev. Kim Magwire (pictured at right) at Serendipity Cafe. I first met Kim at Dave Columbo's memorial service two years ago, where she did such a good job, I jokingly asked her to preside over mine as well when the time comes. Remember Dave? These days, some of his friends are putting together a library in the Interfaith Center in his memory.
